Dear Zohar:

I am happy to confirm our previously tentative offer of a research associate
appointment at the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at a salary
of $24,000 a year.

This appointment is for a 2 year period contingent on continuing ARPA support.
We are seeking ARPA approval to cover travel expenses.  

The starting date is flexible up to October 1975.  Please let us know when you
